I had heard the Valley Forge was impossible to do in paper. Obviously not true. Your latest work is astounding!! It's worthy of the Picture of the Month! As Peter Taft says. "I'm gobsmacked!"
    Bravo Maestro!!

You look at what UHU02 did for the Valley Forge :thumb::thumb:
and you know that he could make the U.S.S. Cygnus (from the movie The Black Hole ) , and make it look good.
the movie was bad but the ship look cool
  10. I hope he`ll do it someday.

    UHU02? Are you listening?

The Valley Forge leaves me speechless! Especially the domes....

I was thinking of suggesting the Cygnus myself, but you're also considering the Ark some day as well?!?

    Oh, my.

Well if anyone can do either of them, and do them WELL, it's Uhu02, Master of The Impossible Model! :thumb:

Not only are you an amazing artist but a fearless one to even think about thinking about the Cygnus and the Ark.I never know what is more exciting watching the model you are working on come to life or finding out what the next impossible thing is you are going to make.I hope you will one day consider the Aries 1 to go with your other 2001 A Space Odyssey models.

I think the name of the series was Starlost. Wikipedia has an entry on it. I'd never seen the Ark or heard of it until Uhu's pic yesterday.

Outstanding! UHU, you have done what seemed to be impossible, again! I've already been asked by some of my family when I'm going to get started with it. :D

    incredible domes!!!

Master Uhu how in the world did you create those great realistic looking domes?? could you possibly explain more fully on which lines one should cut . I think that it is just the black wedges that should be removed but this does not explain how you created those fine lines that give it a glass paneled look. could you please advise. it is a very stunning effect and makes the whole model come to life. also i like the idea of using the material for making trees for model dioramas to add depth to the habitats within the domes.
