power for hill climber what type of power pack is suitable for this mantua ho scale 2-6-6-2 that has been suggested as i have made purchase of one but it is on back order. but i want to have the power available. it will climb from one end 10 % and the other end 25 % grade.

the rear wheels on the rear truck keep comeing derailed around curves the curves are not to tight . If i run the loco by itself it is ok but when i put cars behind it the rear truck derails.???? is there any help????:eek::confused:

these are both 027 scale one running on a railpower 1300 and the other is running on a mrc 280.

does anyone have a remedy for the switcher slowing down to a crawl when the smoke unit is turned on! they run great with the smoke unit turned off , but when i turn it on they both come to a crawl!!! this is two different locos. that do the same thing.:confused:
