Coming along beautifully. Almost done.
Don't forget to internally brace those engine arm supports, or they'll sag!
Very very nice.
Please post some pics. I would love to see your version.Looks great so far dude.:thumb: I remember building this and how awesome it felt to finish it. the only problem is that i keep going back and adding little details. it's hard to stop.
My house is the neighborhood flophouse for my teenage daughters click. I only get the dinner table during school hours.Looks awesome! And like Zathros said, I love our work area. Mine is the dining room table. Fortunately, the kids are all still pretty short.

I don't want to feel like I'm stealing the thread. Here's the whole set. Beware, I had crap for space to work, so it's a little messy.

I was thinking about dull coating it when it is finished....but the gloss is growing on me.Very beautiful build. The gloss card really makes it stand out. Congrats and thanks for sharing!
Those bridge assemblies (all 4), have been the most challenging to assemble, especially the large aft bridge. For the domes, I was looking for a lower profile, and the plumber washer an dolls eye worked well. I will later use paper strips to tie them into the hull better.Looks great! The Bridge work really makes it stand out. Great job on those observation domes.
