As some of you know, I've been kitbashing an IHC UP GP18 into a CNR GP9. Thanks to help from Gauge members and a couple LHS's, the conversion went well, although I kind of botched up the decals -- they were really difficult to transfer :curse:, as you can see from the pix! Overall, this project went well and was a lot of fun.
Here is what I started with -- an IHC UP GP18:

Here is what I ended up with after the conversion -- a CNR GP9!

There is one pic of the original loco and three of the "new" CNR one.
I'm very curious to hear your feedback, as well as any criticism! I realize that I still need to finish the hand rails (they were broken on the original and I simply reglued them the best I could) and I could also add some additional steps.
Thanks!
Rob
