and a final shot
Dave, stuctures like that with different shaped but joined buildings, roof styles and colours just eggs me on to do more "scratchin".
On the subject of windows I've used a draughtsman's pen to simply paint the frames onto acetate sheet, (just for the sake of getting different pane styles).
Dang it! When I retired I should have brought home my business card wallet... I left so much "material" in the office!
David if you do any better you won't have to replace em' with the "real thing"!
Very nice David!!! I think that your buildings are very convincing. The overall effect is excellent
Thanks for the comments, guys. This is getting to be fun.
My wife showed me a business card from a kitchen cabinet place (I think). Anyway, it was made of real wood. On the back it said it was 1-ply something or another. Very fine-grained, pretty wood, and if it was thicker than a normal business card it wasn't by much.
Looks like a good source to me.
I see fences, walls, roofing singles...
A just a bit for 50 of'em.
Darn! Limited supply...
Rats! Budgeted funds gone for now.
By the way...DAVID
Looks like you're closing in on MATTHYRO.
