First off... How is everyone doin?

Ok, getting down to it.

I can pretty much scratchbuild almost any land vehicle or Sci-Fi ship (in plastic, putty and/or any other medium)
BUT...
I am a total NOOB at creating/unfolding 3D models.
So... I come here to request the Star Trekkers, or anyone else, if they'd be willing to take a shot at creating a papermodel Starship?

Here is the ship...
Star Trek Online Andromeda Class, is a Galaxy Class Variant.

I have tons of images, and a full array of screencaps zooms.

Would anyone be willing to take on the challenge?

Thanks in advance and have a great one.

Laterz...

SHIP Specifications

EagleMoss dimentions:
Length: 127 mm
Width: 90 mm
Height: 24 mm
Scale: 1:5,472

In ST Universe Length: 695 meters

I'm not worried about the scale, as I will rescale to the size I want.

Thats a great looking ship. Why dont you give it a try to design it your self. There are a lot of ST models that you can use as an example to design this model. Depending on the program you use we can help you during the proces. Its just a thought.

Hi Mijob,
Yeah it is a great lookin ship.
The thing is, I never ask/request anyone to make any models unless it's the last resort.
I honestly did try to make it on my own. Tried using sketchup, Pepekura, Adobe Illustrator and photoshop. It all turned out like sh#T.
I even had a grafix friend of mine help me. He got frustrated.
I then even tried to modify a Enterprise-D papermodel (being close to the same shape and all), it didn't work out that well.
I AM INEPT at creating papermodels, to the point, I gave up.
And that's when I came here to ask/request if anyone could make her.

Just so you understand my plight... Ony after years, I just learned how to rescale star trek papermodel to print in the scale I build, which is 1:2500 thanks to Revel Fan.

I'm being totally honest when I say... Give me a program, any program, to create a papermodel. I'm completely LOST, don't know my A$$ FROM MY ELBOW.

Give me a bag of garbage/trash, and I'll give you back a complete Ship or station.
(This is the only, this ship has given me a headache, to scratchbuild.)

Just an example: Station (and ships in last foto are 1:2500 scale)

Thanks RF, (I just saw your post now)
I know that site/page, I have everything saved, except for the 3D model itself, since I don't know how to download it. lol
But I took many many screencap closeup zooms of the ship, a type of "walk-a-round.

This is a tricky situation. If a Galaxy class model can be done then this can be done, too. I would give it a try but I really don't have the time for it. There are too many projects waiting for their completion. SORRY!

If you read "SpaceAgent-9's" thread, you'll learn how to make a saucer section. ;)

Hi Zathros,
Not sure you saw my reply to you or not. So here goes again.

What thread are you speaking of?
And...
Do you have the link to it?

Thanks in advance.
I guess this is the link that Zathros mentioned.
