I was playing around and realised I might be able to fabricate a Y from the normal points by joining both outside rails and not using a straight rail, so i tried it. You start with two parrallel rails and bend them outwards
But had trouble lining up the inside,, needed 6 hands.(see 01)
So I made up two parrallel spacers (02) and wedged the rails in place (03)
and then put in the moving rails and out popped a Y point (04)
