No, this is no Aprils Fools.
I just found about this fellow who is 20 years old and went out and bought his own F40PH locomotive.

I think that this is very cool and exciting. I am glad to see that someone has the initiative and resources to do something like this. The F40PH may not have been the best locomotive ever but it does have a place in railroad history and
