I think every community should have one of these. They can go anywhere, except on the actual road, and that could be achieved with retractable wheels.
It is truly as astonishing vehicle, and a great model. The real one has an almost 1" thick plastic Teflon sheet riveted to it which makes it slide very easily. The cockpit is isolated from the Hull by an ingenious suspension system which gives maximum comfort.
