Well I am on my way. I convinced the wife I really needed the addition. I think she was so aggreable because the layout has to stay in the garage now. I was able to refine the sketch using 3-D Railroad software. I added a siding and figured out the inclines. I will be using Woodland Scenics incline sets 2% incline [ 0" - 4" within 16 feet ]. Ordered the Unitrack picked up the plywood yesterday. Will send some pictures soon.
