Tell us who made the Dragon loco? looks like something my grandson dreamed up for his Warhammer Games ( incidently he really likes it ) His first reaction was " where's the tunnel"

Reminds ma of a cartoon I saw once of the "Golden Spike" ceremony celebrating the completion of the trancontinental railroad - the one with the two locomotives meeting nose-to-nose, only the tracks were like this:
