sites for a road trip please!!

We are driving from texas through arkansas on into east tenesee. on the way back we will drive through mississippi and louisiana (spelling?). this will take place mid june and will be sticking to the interstate highways except in mississippi we will take the natchez trace road.
if you know of any interesting sites in those states, let me know. the places don't have to be train related. our boys are ages 5 and 2.

Nashville: you can ride the Tennessee Central Railway (Museum) and go to Aardvark's hobby shop. www.tcry.org
Oops!! no schedule in June, museum is open, probably layouts on display

Chattanooga: You can ride the Tennessee Valley Railroad (Museum) and go to the Chattanooga Depot hobby shop. www.tvrail.com 5 trains a day (highly reccommended)

Speed limit on the Trace is 50mph. Everything depends on you and your passengers' patience

I was worried about the Trace speed limit. me thinks I may get into trouble. I do know that we were going to take longer for the return trip home so we'll see.
