Hey Guys, wow I'm impressed with all the help I'm getting. Glen your doodlebug looks great. I must admit that looks a bit overwhelming for me. I'll have to take it slow and easy if I decide to kitbash. As far as my L/O goes, right now it's only 4x5 feet, I just got done setting it up in the spare bedroom room of the house, my wife doesn't know it yet, but it's going to slowy envelop the rest of the room. I figure if I go slow enough she won't notice until it's too late. It's a ficticious line (that just got renamed again it's now the Foggy Bottom & Beaver Creek RR) set in some mountians somewhere set in the 1940's, with an independant narrow gauge railroad that connects the town of Foggy Bottom to the routin toutin wild west mountian town of Fontana. The narrow gauge railroad has yet to be named occupys a 6 inch by 3 foot scrap piece of plywood. Thats about it for now. I'm getting ready to add a 2x4 foot extension so I can throw a small yard and some engine service facilities. I've also decided to throw an interurban line in there that the FB&BC interchanges with. I've been working on the railroad for the last four years but with my work schedule being the way it is (I"m in the Navy) progress has been extreamly slow. I usually take a few projects to sea with me.
