Do real railroads have a way to lift heavy equipment off of a car to us in the enging house or a repair shop?

Welcome to the Gauge! Your pic is not showing so can't comment on that. Real railroads have about every type of crane known to mankind to lift things with. Inside shop buildings they are usually the overhead type.
