One last step remains - turret.

Erros:
Front and rear drawing shows incorrect direction of tracks. Better look on the real one. ;)

Thanks guys!

This page is the last in assembling - dedicated whole to the turret.

Started with basic structure. This was the easiest I've made, especially after Sherman's one ;)
Added rivets from inside.

Errors:
Ring strip details 419, 419a are too long. In addition, there is some mess with the instructions.

In this stage only visor covers assembled on place. For easy access, hatch door will be attached only in the end. Front mask will be attached after rocking mechanism for two machine guns be assembled.
As I mentioned before - opening mechanism for visors isn't designed well, so after putting them on turret I shut them close.

A beautiful looking model. Accurate, detailed, and so perfect, as to its squareness and general appearance. I cannot see any errors. One might think this was made by a machine, except that I don't believe a machine could this so perfect. :)

I was a machinist, and mold maker for many years. I found out why molds are finished off by hands. Machines will do things mathematically correct, but they do not look right. When parts, like model cars, airplanes, have molds, made, sticking pure math, the models would not look right. This is because certain things do not scale up mathematically. This goes for aircraft, real, or models, and a lot of other things.

Snake's human touch is what makes his models so believable and presentable, and realistic. IMHO :)

I could probably build this model, but the time doesn't add up. I'm 67 now, now add another 50 years, well, people just don't live that long. ;)

I know that feeling! This is the main reason why I try to make my models as simple as possible. But then "someone" would chime in and ask me to add a plate here, a button there, ... You should see my WIP folder! :hammerhead:

We should start printing some Oompa Loompas who could do the grunt work for us.

Errors:
One of three part 505-506 (lifting hooks) must be black, to match turret color. Instead it's desert yellow.
