There is a saying that goes: Unfortunately, when oppertunity knocks at the front door, most people are in the back garden looking for four leaf clovers.

In modern terms: Unfortunately, when oppertunity knocks at the front door, most people are out buying a lottery ticket.

That is great news J., even if it isn't in a lingerie store, lol. Sounds like a great fit, young, enthusiastic, ambitious go-getter who loves to cook and a possible franchising option. Sounds like a real winner to me. Congratulations on this great opportunity. You sound like a great fit and I wish you well for the future.

Sounds like God is working to get you through this. Keep the positive attitude and I am sure that you will overcome the setback. I will pray for you and remember that He has a plan for everyone of us.

Here is what my friend who is on the board of The Restaurant Association of South Africa wrote to me:

I am thrilled for you ! As you may remember I sold my last restaurant ( The Grand Cafe in the Rosebank Mall ) to someone who converted it into a Mugg & Bean. I am very familiar with the Mugg & Bean in Sandton City and it is one of the most successful in the franchise! You will get fantastic training with them and once you have spent a reasonable amount of time with them you will have a very strong standing in our industry! As I mentioned when one door closes ..........

No problem at all with regards to the training, both Jimmy and I fully understand. Besides, this move of yours is by far the best thing that could have happened for you. You now have the opportunity to do well in your chosen industry!

I am in Sandton from time to time so I will drop in and say hello!

    Best regards
