Hello again (after a long time) ;
Due to pressures of big changes – change of house, change of area (Burgundy, wonderful wine and meat), but still in France, I have started again modelling and there is at last some movement on my site www.bobscardmodels.com .
The Flying Boxcar (Fairchild C119G) has undergone slight improvements technically in the military version, and there is now a model with the livery as shown in the film ‘ The Flight of the Phoenix ‘ AS WELL AS the Phoenix itself, made out of parts from the former.
I will be continuing with a model of a (lovely acrobatic) biplane – not sure of which yet ; any ideas ? Also, I want to continue with a series of miniatures ; something like 1 :200 so prepare your nimble fingers !
