C-D-S may have some dry transfers that would work. You can mail order them from my favourite local shop www.larkspurline-trains.com. Jeff started the shop as a mail order business over 25 years ago, and I am sure he would be pleased to help you.

Perhaps it would help to check Walthers again, and this time look for "Baltimore & Ohio" rather than "Ohio and Baltimore."

That's in the "decals" catagory searching for "Baltimore & Ohio" with no preference on scale. It found a few for N, HO, and O. I'm not sure what scale you model. And it looks like most of it is in stock, so you should have pretty good results on orders.
Walthers needs to do better about providing images of their products. Fortunately you can go to Microscale's website for that.
