Little Lites are too dambid 'spenciff!

So, I'm always looking for a bargain in this area.

Today umong christmas lights, I found Sylvania "Micro Lights" at Menards for $0.39 per pack of 5. They are about the size of a grain of wheat lamp and run at 3.5 V for clear and 2.5 V for color. I also grabbed a set of regular "Mini" bulbs, which are too big for HO scale, but can be used in a building or for fiber optics tricks (2.5 volts).

If you can wait 'til after Christmas, you can often pick up whole strings of lights (with wires and sockets) for a couple of dollars.
