I believe that Guillermo Rojas Bazan (follow link below ) has topped this field, as the engines, and hydraulics, and even gauges of his aircraft work. It is a form of insanity, but absolute genius at the same time.
There is a video that shows Guilermos Spitfire engine running, and the miniature gauge working, with sound, on YouTube. I spent an hour looking for it, could not find it. I gave up.:Computer:
Thanks, that's the one, but the one I found had sound. That's a real miniature engine, not some electric motor in a housing. I think this guy's life is measured in dog years. He has done seven years worth of model building for every one years worth, if not more, of a prolific modeler. He is quite incredible.
