Check out WigWag, all Nscale all the time! Some of the best prices you will find, and very friendley too, his name is George, I've ordered lots from him and never had a problem, I know I have lots of stuff on the way for Christmas from him too!

My favorites are Brooklyn Locomotive Works and Trainworld. I've done business with both and have been very pleased. Their prices are, in general, the best I've seen. Trainworld's web site doesn't have all of their stuff online, but they seem to carry just about everything.

Believe it or not, they actually have the Canadian limited release Chop-Nose GP9's... For $79.20 US... which in Canuckian funds is $103... a fair sight cheaper than the MSRP...
