Amazing! Personally I'm not sure I'd get on a magnetic car traveling along the side of (but not actually touching!) a four story building! :) Very cool technology indeed though!

Though I wouldn't want to be on one of the building-hugging trains if its superconductor went above the 'transition temperature'...

Interesting concept. The old steam engines needed water tanks every so many miles. I wonder if the new ones will need nitrogen tanks along their routes?

There will always be "rails" of some sort. In this example, without that metal trackway to follow, the model train wouldn't work at all.

Since trains do not come with positive steering, they will always need something to insure they go where they are supposed to.
