Hello all,
I've tried to find another norscot HO cat scraper at wal-mart, but haven't been able to get one. So I'll have to use one I've super detailed ,for this new model. I have all the parts ready all I have to do is convence myself to go through with the build process.
I'll start by cutting off the scraper section behind the yoke of the machine. Carefully not damageing the scraper arms as these will be used for the scrap box reciever arms.
All the peices have been cut and the cab has been built. I have to cut the die-cast cab off of the scraper in order to make room for the new cab { really hate to do this } but thats what the real machine looks like .
After the carrier is completed, it will be painted flat white with safety stripe decals in yellow. These machines don't stay clean for long, so weathing will also need to take place.
Off to the work bench ,see you all in a few hours..........with photos.....
