A bus driver eh? My Savior was a carpenter!!
Oh My! I can not even get the parts I need to assemble cut out in a weekend!!!
Just having a look at this thread, wow! @Rev Ian, you are gifted beyond measure. Brilliant models, love the Lanc, I'm too young to have any memories (or benefits) of parents serving in the RAF but have always been a WW2 buff. (Both granddads served in WW2, RN & Army)
And as another Christian (who, co-incidentally is planning to return to the UK ) welcome, my brother!
Thanks for the welcome.
I hope and pray your move goes well
So is mine

Here a few build pics of the lanc. I've not created a thread as I've not a comprehensive track of the whole build.
I pre built and fixed an engine mount and then slipped the whole pre made engine nessel over it. Great way to get a great fit and clean join.
The undercarriage is sandwiched paperclip reinforced.

I noticed that you're building the Mk III, aka Dambuster version
I really love those WWII British films. People call them propaganda, if capturing the heart and souks if a society under attack is propaganda, well then well done! Mrs. Miniver is also one of my favorites.
Don't forget the Pacific
Rev Ian, I hope you feel as welcome as we feel fortunate that you joined.
