Hi from me (AAndyT) and my Top Hat

Hi there this is me in my paper top hat!

I'm an ex-Submariner (RN) and been model making since 2007 in Somerset making all sorts of RC yachts, plastic kits, scratch builds and vinyl models.

Started on paper models about a year ago when I was made redundant and had to watch the pennies - so there you go.

I hope to make some new friends here and share our hobby.

Yes - serving on subs during the Cold War, I saw service on two Diesels and two Nukes - Serious business whilst at sea ....
Then serious party time ashore….

I will do the Top Hat as an introduction piece to my zany world of model making.
