Marty, Stumbled across this thread a little late, don't have anything to add that hasn't been said, I think your reasoning is very sound. As you would expect me to since you read my ramblings on the JGL. Dick said it well. The purpose of the hobby is leisure, relief from the pressures of life. Whatever form it takes for you is the right one.

Indiana Midland it is. Color scheme will sort of follow the NKP. I will post pic's when I get some rolling stock done.

Roger - IM can interchange with the ECI at Anderson.

Just looked at your photos. The guy running across the viaduct ahead of the F3 is taking his life in his hands. And, wow, I'm impressed with your efforts so far!

Sorry for the pop-ups. We are working on a new web page now and a new host to eliminate the pop-ups and a better format.

That pic of the running guy was my grandkids idea. We just finished watching the movie "Forrest Gump". They got a kick out of Forrest running so much.
