Does Bachmann China produce any H0 starter sets?

Especially I'm interesting- whether exist or not passenger starter sets, including different coach classes- "hard seat", "hard sleeper", "soft sleeper"- the top would be a double passenger starter set of a diesel locomotive- powered "special express" with "hard seat" coaches, "hard sleeper" coaches, a "soft sleeper" coach, a dining car and a luggage van- and a steam locomotive- powered "non- express" with old "hard seat" coaches with wooden slats benches and/or even "cattle- type" cars...

Those look like the GEs used on the Qinghai-Tibet Railway, but the paint scheme is unfamiliar to me.
