Do you think that this: Model Power Lumber Yard

Could be passed off for something like this: Home Grain Elevator

Rather than being the lumber yard it's supposed to be?

Maybe with a lot of kitbashing.
But for a couple of dollars more, you can get this Walthers kit, that looks like a dead ringer, plus you get some out buildings also.

Probably. You'd want to seal up all those openings around the base, sans for a few doors. Be sure to add a truck sale and small office, too. Also want to make sure new signs reflect the building's use.

it would need some modification but it could work.you d have to take off the dust collecter and close up the holes along the side. or hide them somehow.--josh

You can kitbash almost anything into something else with a lot of imagination and work. The lower level should be built in and the windows removed and filled in on the upper level. I think it would be easier and cheaper to buy a grain elevator kit.

Unless you have alot of parts to kitbash with I think it would be cheaper to buy the kit you like.Anything is possible, build what makes you happy,enjoy what you do.

I will probably just go for a grain elevator when I can squeeze one in.
