Here is the future engine service area..I am so slowly building a Walthers 2 stall engine house.It will be located where the card board is located.A fueling rack and sanding tower will be added as well as other details.
This yard is the first part of a round the walls layout that I will be building over the next few months..I will add the legs when this section is finish..The layout will stand 52" from the floor.

Great to see you're getting back into it, and it's good to have you back. That's a fine start, you're in about the same stage I'm in with my N scale expansion. I have a little bit more track to put down though...

Nobody is laughing Larry, we are all in full admiration of how you do modelling with your left hand. Very impressive.

I have an Idea how challenging working with one hand is. Fortunately I got some of the use of my hands back. Hopefully you will also.

question: how do you ballast a point/switch without fowling the blades?. I still have to ballast the FRRR. and was going to by pass the points, maybe now I will try to ballast them.....have a good one..steve:thumb: :thumb:

Great Job Larry, when your done cleaning up, could you come do a few rafter sets,window mullions and some scratch doors.5 doors 5 rafter sets and 15 windows would be a great help and free me up to do some serious Pro Lounging

Steve,Its not all that hard..All I do is lightly brush the ballast in place then,I tamp the ballast in place by lightly tapping the switch with the handle of my brush.
