I don't think there is a model of the AEC armoured car available. There was a limited number of these vehicles built (about 600). British WW2 armour models are very limited in number.

It would be an interesting subject - an armoured car with similar weapons to tanks.

No it was a strictly WW2 development - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AEC_Armoured_Car

The vehicle you are thinking of is the Saladin armoured car which shared a chassis and running gear with the Saracen APC.
