Hi, I still had some unused, laying around GW bits for vehicles.
Since I had the idea of these to use for the paper models .

I am aware that I cheat with the plastic parts,
but I thought it was something different.

The reason for this design I have created corrugated cardboard template:
http://www.zealot.com/forum/showthread.php?t=171003&highlight=corrugated+cardboard

Then I used some parts of the template for "Baal Predator" by Elli Patoroch,
to complete the model.Turrent and the sides weapon mounts are rotated.
The main gun can be moved up and down.

Here is the first result of my work, a "PREDATOR" I will soon be more
present models here, though I have this completed.

The last two pictures shows the tank prepainted, in "Blood Angels camouflage".
Hope you like it, the model too

Looks great, nice work.

When I did my predator I took part 12 from the file "rhino_mkII_new2.pdf" That way the sponson guns could turn better. I cut out the mutli-line door pattern and placed it on these. I'm sure you can see it if you look at my thread.

did you used the turret from Patoroch model? I remember I couldn't put it together - there were always spaces left between the leaning sides

I see that corrugated cardboard + GW bits can made out some nice models.
My building process is stopped, due to my 4th son's birth, but I'm planning to build some Wlock and Patoroch tank...
good work

Thank you very much, glad you like it

@ aleks: then my heartfelt congratulations to the junior, :thumb:
yes I know that, then you have other things on his mind.
who did not necessarily have anything to do with modeling.

@ Harkonnen: thanks for the tip, I'll try it next time too

@ Lehcyfer: well observed, do I get some use a different template
they fit together well. Only some little details, because then I have something
improvised. Here is the file attached, as far as I know this is also by
Patoroch been constructed.

Here the hybrid project, I'm working on right now.

Had some lonely "Furioso" bitz, I´ve combined them
with templates by Elli (torso MK V and MK IV arms)

The Scriptor "Psi Weapon" and the "Blood Claw"
are scratched from plastic toothpicks and Cotton swab sticks.

enjoy

Sanguinus, good use of the spare dreadnaught bits. What paints did you use to paint the predator in Blood Angels colours?

Thank you all,

when I have completed the arms, followed more pictures

@ callyfergus:
I just use acrylics by GW or Citadel,
I've worked with thicker cardboard, there is no wave formation,
after painting.
