Recoloring a WarHammer 40K figure

Have known that the pdf
the colored versions
and those in black and white
If I wanted to color
pages in black and white
to make
eg
the rhino gray knights
what program do you recommend?

It depends if the .pdf is locked of not. You could print to file and use "Paint" top recolor. I am sure there are many people who have their own methods and can help you better than I can. I'm really just bumping this thread.
