tried everything and when i try to opne the file i get the file does not exiast and the program closes any help please?

What file is this? Did the entire file download correctly?
It may have errors and/or be incomplete. It happened to me a few times and that always turned out to be the prob. PM me if you'd like me to try opening it for you.

That's usually what does it for me as well. the file gets pinched right as the DL is supposed to finish and it flubs up the whole thing. Were you able to fix the problem?
