Hello all - while flipping through the channels on Direct tv - i have found a new series called " Working on the Railroad" on the DIY channel on Direct TV channel 230, Here are the following shows that i have found. All about model railroads and true to life towns in which they were modeled from.

Workin' on the railroad April 1, 2006 at 8:30pm and again at 11:30pm

    River pass I - April 4th, 2006 at 7:30 am

    River Pass II - April 11, 2006 at 7:30am

Again, I do not know if the DIY ( do it yourself channel ) is offered on cable or Dish Network.

These times listed are Eastern Standard Time. The show looks good and a nice way to kill 30 minutes.train97

I've only seen it twice(Why do you have to pay more?..It came with my package)Both times was the same episode. Did catch a good "Railfan" video on RFD once though.

Workin on the Railroad is being repeated. I aired in first run last year.
They are reasonably good episodes though with some neat things to see. A TIVO or DVR that has the ability to view upcoming episodes of a show should let you see more of the series air times.

I was flipping through the cable channels last week and seen workin on the railroad and wondered what it was & when I clicked on it to watch it, I was suprised at what I found. I think the show is great. You sure can learn something off of there.
