Dan,

There's a fellow on the Atlas forum that has a signature you'd probably like:

UNION PACIFIC
We Will Devour

And now, to stay on topic, here's another 'U' in the form of the Utah Railway.

And for 'W', another shortline - the West Texas and Lubbock RR.

Out AZ way
Got another "U". This is what's left of a Union Pacific loco when it went head into another one a few miles south of Phoenix yesterday. No one was injured, but they have a lot of cars to put back on the track.

Here is the 'Z'.

This shot was taken at a grain elevator just north of Goshen, CA on HWY-99.

Not so fast, Dan! I've got one more for 'Y':p :D

The 'Yverdon & Ste Croix RR' is an electrified meter gauge railroad in the western, french speaking part of Switzerland.
This (mainly) freight loco is known as the 'Crocodile' - so they gave her 1997 an appropriate paint job for the 100 year anniversary of the RR company.
(They electrified in 1945. Before they had some wonderful 2-6-6-2T Mallets. Too bad, I didn't find a pic of one of these :( )
