YouTube - Craft ROBO Cuts 3-D Models from Card Stock
i'm in love
if I had a spare $620AU on me right now, I would have placed an order for one before typing this post
I second jaffro......
There is a Pepakura viewer for that thing too.
Click the Download link on the left.
Question is......how would it do on a ship model, airplane model and how small a piece does it cut? Looks like it works only on large simple models.
Nice demo, where can I get the turtle?
This demonstration was very interesting!
Anyone know where I can get the turtle that is shown in the demo? I have always liked turtles and would really love to build one!
Thanks for any information!
Not the one in the video, but do you have this one?
i also love turtle
i have 2 sey tutle
I love otters, if you look at all the animals on the yamaha site there's an otter there is how I found it in the first place
I believe the vid is all about the cutting machine, not the paper model viewer
But that is awesome! I would love to have one!
A mere £209 on e-bay with free p+p in the UK, time to start saving the pennies I think :mrgreen:sign1:mrgreen:
If anyone is interested
Craft Robo Vinyl / Die Cutter with 2 Year Warranty - eBay Die-Cutters Punches, Cardmaking Scrapbooking, Crafts (end time 11-Oct-07 19:36:23 BST)
Wish I could afford that. (Translation: I wish I could talk The Missus into letting me get that)
I don't know, maybe I should just hire somebody to build the models for me.
Seriously, it doesn't appeal to me. Cutting out parts is part of the fun, part of the challenge, part of the relaxation of paper modeling. That's not to say my attitude is better or purer or more or less anything than anybody else's. It's just my opinion. For myself, I can't see spending $600 to eliminate what is for me part of the fun and the challenge.
"Every dog to his own fleas." I'll pass on this one.
its work with any kind of digital model?
I agree with you on this one. I can see the interest, but not for me
