That would be an Atlas C-Liner.
A nice peice for the shelf. They weren't the best runners to put it mildly.

As Ray has said, it is an Atlas FM C-Liner.
Ray was diplomatic about their performance. They ran like CRAP.
My pair just decorate the RIP track because they're no good for anything else!
I decided to paint them in an "original" colour scheme for my fictional railroad (the "RailNet"). I then weathered them to death to make them look long out-of-service.

Lifelike Canada have a new 4 axle version of the C-liner out in N scale that run like a dream and look fantastic. The old atlas B-AIA ones were indeed pigs, but PLEASE don't mistake these with the new lifelikes
