I found a "St. Louis, Federal Reserve Mint" Car in O Guage on Ebay a few days ago... I thought it was kinda cool since I'm from St. Louis and I used to really be into Coins, Gold and Silver Bullion and such (still likem, just don't buyem much) so I picked it up...

Searching Google, I found Lionel make several ""Mint"" cars that carry either Gold, Silver or Platinum Bars...

What later Deisel engine would look cool pulling it??? It'd be my Money train....

Hey, We can all dream can't we.... :)

DO they make the Chessie "all american locomotive" in O scale? It'd be a completely gold EMD GP unit, and would look good (and protypical) on the point! :thumb: Also a US army caboose on the rear wouldn't hurt either!

I'd vote for a current NS diesel (I'm guessing there's one to be bought in Ogauge)...the black wouldn't take away from the good coloring of that car - but might give it an "official" all business look. Are there any MoPac diesels made?

I think a steamer would look great heading a fleet like this. Try a Santa Fe 4-6-2. They can be found on Ebay fairly cheap. Or a 4-8-2 mohawk
