........................would be the best source of books on model railroading? I am thinking the local library.

I just checked into that and the entire city of Denver only has 20 different things on the subject and they are not all books. I guesse Caboose Hobbies would be a better place to look or this forum. I do feal like I am bugging people though. :eek:ops:

Hey, we're all in this together, and if we can't help each other with our hobby stuff then there really isn't much hope for our civilisation.

There are lots of forums and other online resources. I'd tell you all of mine, but most relate to Z Scale. Give me until tomorrow (I have to go out tonight) and I'll see what I can come up with in my bookmarks that's not specifically Z.

In the meantime Kalmbach, publishers of Model Railroader, put out a huge range of booklets. They're a bit pricey here in the land of Oz, but they might be more reasonable in your country.
