What card stock should I use?

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask, but I was wondering what sort of paper it's best to print these on before building? I was looking at some of the finished products and it seems like they're made out of cardboard of some sort, so I wasn't sure...

I use 110 lb. Cardstock. I also use 65 lb. For framing, you can laminate the 110 lb. card stock, or get scrap picture framing cardboard from Michael's or a Picture Frame shop.
