1. Ladies & gentlemen, I would like to announce that there is a new photo gallery section. You can create your own personal photo gallery (to include setting up your own albums). You can even post videos. You can also post and share photos in the galleries of others (if that person allows such), as well . ENJOY!!!

Any scale, any material would be acceptable.
Hints on where to look would be appreciated.
    Thank you.

Not what you asked for, but here's a photo of the America as she looks today: shipwrecked off the Canary Islands.

Sorry, that's apparently how she looked in 2004. This is how she looked in 2011. Sad end to a historic liner.

And here's a website of a guy who built a model of the America/Austrailis . If you decide to scratchbuild maybe his pics will help?

I love photo histories of ships like this. Te ones from Alang, India, where they are torn apart are just sad, but seeing them return to the elements like this is rather interesting! :)

    S.s. America

Thank you, Vince and Zathros, for your replies.
I have, unfortunately, seen the photos before.
I prefer to remember her as she was during her glory years, but I really appreciate your taking the time to respond.
