Has anyone had problems with Walthers customer support. I have sent two emails and called 4 times and can never get a person to talk to me.
just wondering if the LifeLike buyout is still on the table and slowing things down. Thanks
In the 2006 Walthers catalog, Life Like immediately follows Trainline. Pretty good indicator that Life Like is now Walthers' product.
Customer support?, may just be behind due to the holidays.

In fact...They called me a couple of times to tell me something was backordered, even if it showed in stock on their website.
never have had a problem with walthers and they have replaced or sent parts to fix items several times but never tried the web site always used the phone.
