I think it was in Model Boats plans if not it could have been a Veron kit but my memory is failing. If you find it please let me know where it is.

Isn't that Modelslipway a remake of the Veron kit which was balsa ?

Yes it is almost identical but in styrene.

I just happened upon this old thread while trying to translate names of Polish card model kits.

The kit you might be looking for is the Maly Modelarz 1961/08 issue. It's a 1:50 scale RTTL-2754, although the description on their site was simply "Kuter radarowy RAF" (RAF radar cutter), so it might have been difficult to find.
