Hi Folks,

I work very close to the Canadian Pacific Mc Cowan Yards Ontario.
And have always wanted to tour the facilities;)

WELL:eek: An opportunity has arrived, No date or time set as yet most proberly it will be on a Sunday,

The traction guys will make every effort to make it.
The "must have" is steel toe cap footwear.

If There is any intrest amongst those who are in the area, let me know.

We could meet for breakfast at the Station Restaurant. and get to know each other :D

Dont forget to Bring your Camera :D :D :D :D

I'd be up for that - I live quite close to the yards. Let me know time and place, and I'll see if I can make it!

Chris it sounds like a great outing. Would love to come but one big problem - I do not have any steel-toed boots. I wonder - how strict is that requirement?
(maybe someone's got a spare pair?)

cheers

I'm still interested, but a 3pm weekday start might not work for me, unless I can get the afternoon off.

I'm actually off to the UK for the first two weeks of May, so hopefully that doesn't conflict with the tour. If so, oh well - just take lots of pictures for me!

Chris, weekdays aren't good for me as we do volunteer work Monday Tuesday Wednesday and often on Thursday and Friday too. Hope you have fun and take lots of photos.
