Unitrack Plan for October 2007 MR Layout

Hey all! I'm new to the forums here, been doing alot of browsing. I'm in the process of getting started with a smallish N-Scale layout, working on a 3x5 table size. I like the layout of the Great Northern Layout in the October 2007 MR, and thought that doing that on a 3x5 table would leave me room for some additional spurs or a yard somewhere. Is there anyone who is proficient in XtrkCad, or just graph paper track layout that could help me convert this to get the pieces required to do this layout with Kato's Unitrack?

Thanks for the offer. I downloaded the PDF from the subscriber's section and I've attached it. Hopefully this isn't breaking any rules! I appreciate any help you can provide in converting to Unitrack. Ignore the grade references, I'm mainly looking for pieces and parts conversion to Unitrack.
