I have mine and built it in (a now record i assume) 4 days hamr !!! One of the best paper models i have ever built. And certainly the largest. So large, i don't know where to put it and have it on my table (with no coofee or cats near). Thanks. My camera broke like 2 minutes before i was about to take pictures. wall1:cry::curse:

...just received mine: what a wonderful model. I just had a look at the weathered versione and it is astounding.

... But I have a long batch of models to build

I absolutely have to complete them, so i can built my favorite submarine as soon as possible :thumb:

    Best, nando

I got my cd, but it wouldn't open on my IMac.
Any Mac users have any luck with it?

1 run the mac in windoze configeration. See if that helps
2 Do you have Adobe 7 or higher on your system? If not update, that will hopefully solve the problem.

Got my CD today. Like everyone else has said, it's absolutely gorgeous.

Gainer - HOLY COW! 4 days! was that 24 hours a day?

kooklik, I'll be watching the development of that steam engine with great interest. Thanks for the fabulous model.

The stuff contained in the CD is even better! sign1
yeah there has to be one in every crowd! so I might as well be it!

Ps Kooklik great work. I'm scared to think of how much detail he will put onto a steam engine.

Didn't think of it before but Kooklik would have designed the sub for A4 paper, not US letter size & I guess the steam engine will be the same, A4.

    Hi to all
I'm glad to know that CDs are delivered to you hands. Some U-boats are being started. And errors are continously reported and solved.
The steam engine is in designing now. Alot of details will be copied from the original drawings as much as peper can do. Ofcourse the paper format will be A4 same as U-Boat. I'll post in new thread soon.

just received mine cd, very fine!
whats the number code of the original model ? u-???

I did not specify the number or the boat flotilla. Modellers can add their favorite emblems or marks by any photo editing program.
Base design detail pictures are from U-995 which is displayed in Germany.
