trying to find a track plan

there was a 4X8 in either december 1995 or 1996 it was called something Central. i cant find my copy of either year so if any out there has this copy could you please give me a copy of the track plan and track list. i remember that i liked it and it would fit on my last 4X8 table that is free.

thank you that is the only issue i cant find out of my 30 some odd years of model railroader i am trying to get every issue ever printed. i but them all on ebay
