WOW! Shamus,
As soon as i saw your original I thought it was a KTM Brass model like my HO one. It was the delicate finesse of the detail that made me think that. Mine is so dinky I'm sure it was intended to be HOn3 yet the drive shafts are 'in-line' with the truck gears.

Without your skills I wouldn't dare bash mine to the extent you have and what a lovely job you made of it too!:eek: :eek:

Any more pics like yours and I'll be thinking of going On30 ..... geeee I hope not, I have enough variety of gauges already! :confused: :confused:

Let's see - you opened the cab, moved the front toolbox, changed the tender to a wood one, switched engineers, painted the front bumper and of course aged and weathered everything. Oh wait - this isn't a spot the difference Shamus brain-teaser?

Thanks kind people, the shay is now running around collecting many cut down logs to be transported to the sawmill.
