Track planning software?

Is there any free/cheap track planning software floating around out there?

The best freebie seems to be RTS from atlas. http://www.altasrr.com The other freebies are limited versions, to the point where they don't really work. If you are doing 4 X 8 you can use xtrcad which is more powerful. If you do, run the tutorials, or you'll never figure it out (well, at least I didn't)! My first choice would be atlass though, as it's used by many of us, and you can share files and get help from us if needed.
