Trabant 601 Universal - 1:24 /VB Verlag/

I start today a new project. It is a model from german VB Verlag in 1:24 scale. Trabant is a legendary vehicle from East German auto maker VEB Sachsenring Automobilwerke Zwickau. The model has 92 pieces of parts. I made him with interior. That some photos from today building.

It's looking really good! What amuses me a bit is the fact that you are building a card model of a Trabant because that vehicle had a special nickname here in Germany. It was called "Rennpappe" ("Racing cardboard") :mrgreen: !

Thanks. In Slovakia had a nickname "BMV - bakelitove motorove vozidlo" thats mean bakelite motor vehicle because to repair the chassis could have been used only tape and scissors sign1
